(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - “A number of parliamentarians, Karbala governor and his deputy and a number of local officials opened today al-Zahraa medical center, one of the most advanced centers in Iraq,” Dr. Alaa Hamoudi Bedier said.
“The center was the Italian hospital, because Italy started to establish it but did not complete it because of the security conditions in 2007, forcing the local government to complete it at a cost of 2.700 billion dinars for its first stage,” he explained.
Karbala is 108 km south of Baghdad.
